Michelle is assisting the company in creating more efficient and streamlined daily procedures. While creating good systems for the company to rely on, she is focused on ensuring their clientele can have an excellent experience, worry-free.
She is currently completing her Administrative Assistant and Bookkeeping certifications through Langara University. When not at work or studying, she pampers her dog and two cats, plays games, and preaches to her friends about the beauty of the spreadsheet.
